tips designed to help you find an area that is affordable
today, yet likely to increase in value in the future:
Identify the most continuously desirable areas in an area
and look for new adjacent communities that are likely to become
hot areas in years to come.
- Extend your search to good areas that often can be found
farther from the key points.
- Find out what the demand is for a area.
- Are homes in the area receiving multiple offers?
- Is the gap between the list price and sale price decreasing
or increasing?
