Wellingtons Lettings department covers much of Central London
and most of South West London from our three offices conveniently
located either side of the River Thames: this broadly covers
a swathe from Hammersmith and Kensington to the North, to
Chelsea to the East, Barnes and Putney to the West and Clapham,
Balham and Brixton to the South and East.
With our prominent and easily accessible sites in Fulham
and Battersea Wellingtons can offer their clients a strong
visual presence backed up by strong I.T. as well as the individual,
personal service from experienced staff that can only be offered
by an independent, non-corporate estate agent.
As long standing members of the Association of Residential
Letting Agents (A.R.L.A.), a government regulated body, Wellingtons
have a professional responsibility to ensure that their letting
staff are trained in accordance with A.R.L.A. codes and practises
in order to comply with their high standards of membership.
To this end, Wellingtons now use tenancy agreements drawn
up by A.R.L.A. and approved by the Office of Fair Trading.
