a brief history
Wellingtons Estate Agents was founded in 1985 and opened
its Parsons Green head office site on New Kings Road in 1991
with two departments specialising in sales and lettings in
Fulham as a whole operating from the outset with a property
management department opening shortly thereafter.
Wellingtons Battersea office opened in 1997 from its current
site on Battersea Rise originally as a Battersea Sales office
only with Battersea Lettings opening in 1999.
In 1999 Wellingtons also opened its Munster Village Office
on Munster Road increasing Wellingtons coverage of the Fulham
area as well as coverage of Hammersmith, West Kensington and
Barons Court.
